As a survivor of male domestic abuse he uses his own experiences and feelings to create artistic works.<\/p><p><strong><em>&#8220;I suddenly found myself with an abundance of time on my hands and a head full of semi-processed trauma after escaping a toxic relationship. I needed a project to focus my mind on and so decided to make something completely new that I had never done before &#8211; a musical.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>Unaware that my life&#8217;s experiences would be the inspiration behind the writing of Sunset &amp; Pastel Skies, it quickly became apparent that this was the perfect outlet to release the emotion and creativity buried inside of me.<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p><strong><em>As a lover of sci-fi\/action\/drama genres and eighties music, I have pulled these elements into my work and tried to create a piece that brings emotion, knowledge, enlightenment and entertainment.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>A multi-disciplinary artist and performer, Andy Alexanda has amassed a wealth of experience with over 30 years in the creative industry.<\/p><p>In music, Andy holds diplomas in music technology, music theory and performance.<\/p><p>He has collaborated with many high profile artists including Girls Aloud, Same Difference, Boys 2 Men, Edwin Starr, The Stone Roses, The Drifters, Kelly Llorena, Rock FM, The Bay FM and Radio 1.
