She smiles and puts the kettle on.<\/em><\/p><p class=\"character\"><strong>Joanne<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"dialog\">Maddie!! Kettles on, do you want a cuppa? Maddie?<\/p><p class=\"action\"><em>After no answer she checks Maddie&#8217;s room and there is nobody there.<\/em><\/p><p class=\"action\"><em>She panics and calls Maddie&#8217;s mobile. Maddie answers all cheery<\/em><\/p><p class=\"character\"><strong>Joanne<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"dialog\">Maddie!! Where are you?<\/p><p class=\"character\"><strong>Maddie<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"dialog\">Hi Mum, I&#8217;m with ben<\/p><p class=\"dialog\">I wanted to meet the dogs so I&#8217;m going to the library to study afterwards.<\/p><p class=\"character\"><strong>Joanne<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"parenthetical\">(There is desperation in her mums voice)<\/p><p class=\"dialog\">You worried me just going off like that. You shouldn&#8217;t be wasting your time seeing animals you have uni-work to do.
